FinWELL workshops create psychologically safe spaces for your leadership and employee teams to come together without judgement to talk about money.
Our workshops, which span many diverse topics, exist to engage attendees, gather insights and set challenges that empower your people to take positive action.
FinWELL workshops now cover 25+ topics and themes - including debt, budgeting and bereavement to neurodiversity, divorce, employee benefits, pensions and investing.
You can even bundle workshops together for key employee network groups and demographics to focus on apprentices, graduates and young adults, parents and carers, empowering women and neurodiversity.

Rather than being one-way presentations, we’ve learnt how to create psychologically safe spaces for employees and leadership teams to come together to #TalkAboutMoney.
We have numerous ways to encourage attendees to get involved with our training when they feel comfortable as we’re all at different stages on along life’s financial journey.
This includes chat functionality, polls and even breakout rooms to maximise interaction and engagement facilitated by FinWELL Specialists.
We also cover a combination of core money related topics and life events that have a huge impact on both our financial and mental wellbeing.

Yes.
Many employers bundle together 3 or more workshops and spread them over a 3, 6, 9 or 12 month period.
Many repeat core workshops around their wellbeing calendar, employee benefits windows or for specific employee network groups such as apprentices and new starters, parents and carers, women and men’s health, diversity and disabilities and those getting close to retirement.

We do not limit attendee numbers for our workshops (other than Workplace Financial Health Awareness) and also include recordings at no extra cost.
We have various ways to help with comms to maximise engagement, relevant resources and follow up materials.
Our Kick Off Intro Workshop also includes the generation of data gathering and insights that can be presented back along with suggestions and recommendations to offer further support that is inclusive and personalised.
