Establish scores between crisis, surviving or thriving across the five key elements of financial wellbeing.
Empower employees to also identify individual areas of focus, next steps, goals and challenges that have been proven to positively impact financial wellbeing.
Employees then receive a personalised email summary with their scores and links to relevant resources which can include your existing employee benefits.

On average it takes around 12 minutes to watch all the videos and create your personalised FinWELL MoneyScore & ActionPlan.
We suggest rolling this out over a 3-12 month period and can help maximise engagement with videos and posters for your comms.
We can also combine this with discounted kick off launch workshops to combine a digital and human approach.
